Polyamide 6
POLYAMIDE-6
TYPES: PA6-333, PA6-270

Polyamide-6 is synthesized in the process of hydrolytic polymerization of caprolactam with catalysts and stabilizers.

Polyamide 6 is a versatile and widely used engineering plastic that offers excellent mechanical properties as well as resistance to heat, chemicals and moisture. It combines high mechanical strength, stiffness, hardness and toughness. In addition to this, it also has excellent wear resistance as well as good fatigue resistance, sliding properties and machinability.

Such set of parameters makes it a perfect choice for many applications, including yarns, agricultural films, liquids packaging, protective packaging, medical, sport equipment etc.

Polyamide Textured Yarns
POLYAMIDE YARNS VARIOUS TYPES

Polyamide yarns are produced by torsion and heat setting of textured polyamide yarns from Polyamide-6 granulate by combining the processes of continuous spinning, drawing, texturing, pneumatic entanglement and winding of the yarn.

Important properties of Polyamide yarn for industrial applications are outstanding tensile strength and scrub resistance, high elasticity but also a higher specific heat capacity compared to other materials. Widely used for production of broad range of ship ropes, nets and for car industry with an excellent adhesion to rubber, for conveyor belts, tyres, hoses and engine belts

Nylon Fabrics (for tyres)
CORD NYLON (KAPRONE) FABRICS

Nylon cord fabrics are used as reinforcements in tyres to give them strength and durability. They provide shape to the tyres and support the weight of the vehicle.

Nylon cord fabric is characterized by high tenacity, resistance to repeated flexural strains, high moisture resistance and low weight. These features allow to increase tyre life and reduce rubber and cord consumption when building tyres. They are also designed and suitable for reinforcing tyres / pneumatic tyres to keep them running longer and have significant effect on the performance.
